As the Director of Accounting & Operations for the 1911 Trust, Henry is responsible for overseeing day-to-day trust accounting and operations, partnership accounting for alternative investments, fund-of-funds accounting, and related reporting.

Background

Henry brings over a decade of experience in accounting, reporting, and operations across both single-family offices (SFOs) and multi-family offices (MFOs), supporting the complex needs of ultra-high-net-worth families across their multi-entity structures and investment portfolios.

Most recently, he spent nearly 6 years at a Boston-based SFO, where he managed full-cycle general ledger functions, as well as investment and partnership accounting across both fund- and partner-level reporting, in addition to trust accounting. His responsibilities included tax compliance, performance and portfolio reporting, and consolidated net worth reporting across a highly complex, multigenerational inter-entity structure. He also led a range of strategic and ad hoc initiatives in close partnership with the C-suite and family stakeholders.

Earlier in his career, Henry was part of the family office team at Audax Group, working directly with the firm's founding Co-CEOs. He also served as a core member of the client service team at Trove (formerly JDJ Family Office Services), supporting private equity and hedge fund principals, serial entrepreneurs, and early-stage investors. He began his family office career as a staff accountant at a multigenerational SFO based in Harvard Square.

Away from the Office

Henry resides in Chestnut Hill, MA, with his wife and young daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, including skiing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
